In this industry I get asked frequently “If I know anyone who can do XYZ….” After working alongside Yawer solidly during the Womens Euro 2022 tournament my biggest recommendation is that I would put Yawer to the top of that list for almost any job role.

He is focused, calm, helpful, reliable, enthusiastic, consistent, willing to help in any way shape or form, and uses his initiative always to ensure he has everything ready without the need for constant managing, directing or asking!… whatever he doesn’t know already he learns and adapts quickly to ensure he is the most adequate person for the role. He makes the working environment better and even more so a pleasure.

I could not recommend him highly enough and in fact won’t now go to many places without ensuring he is a part of my team. He is a superstar!

I had the good fortune of working with Yawer at the 2014 Glasgow Commonwealth Games where he served as the VT Playback Operator on my Sports Presentation Team.
